In 2008, I became a LICENSED BROKER in the State of Pennsylvania.

I have been a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR PRODUCING member of RE/MAX International's 100% CLUB and an honored recipient of the

 HALL OF FAME Award.

From 2010 to 2016, I was the Company Coach and Trainer of 4 offices & a Leader of my own team.

​

In February of 2010, I worked in conjunction with BRISTOL TOWNSHIP to initiate their Neighborhood Revitalization & Local Economic Stabilization approach to repairing our housing market and economy, by modifying the Use & Occupancy requirement and informing Brokers about the way to do a successful short sale to help avoid foreclosure for so many of their clients, as well as helping to form a SHORT SALE NEGOTIATING COMPANY where we were able save clients from the damage of a foreclosure on their credit.

In 2020, I became a PA Approved Real Estate Instructor & continue to offer my Coaching Services to other Real Estate Companies to train their agents on day-to-day skills as well as reviewing PAR Document Changes by holding Lunch N Learns in their offices.

 

I have become the local "GO TO" person for Commercial Leasing! My marketing exposure is second to none and other Brokers frequently call me to find out where they can find Commercial space for their clients needs!
